About the presenter:-

Alfonso Layson is one of Australia’s most experienced Surrogacy lawyers as well as an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.

Since joining the team at Sarah Bevan Family Lawyers, Alfonso has successfully represented many Intended Parents and their Surrogates through the surrogacy process, from providing advice to obtaining parentage Orders at the Supreme Court.

Alfonso, through his practice, has also acquired extensive knowledge on cross border surrogacy and regularly provides legal advice to intended parents contemplating international surrogacy.

Surrogacy is a passion project for Alfonso and he finds great reward in assisting parents to achieve their dream of starting a family.
